We've agreed on a booking for our brand, TopSaver.io, for a video shoot. The booking is ready for payment, and we'd like to understand how your payment process works before proceeding.
Could you please clarify the following?
Does the brand pay the full booking amount upfront?
Is the payment held by K9 until the shooter completes the shoot and delivers all 5 edited videos?
When does the shooter receive the payment — after the shoot, after video delivery, or after the brand approves the final videos?
What is the usual payout timeline for shooters?
If revisions are required, how does that affect the payment release?
We're looking to understand whether the process works similarly to Fiverr, where the client pays upfront and the freelancer receives payment after completing the work.

At K9, payments are only released once the full project has been completed and all videos have been approved by the client.
Payouts are generally processed within 30–60 days. If the project is still ongoing or there are any pending revisions or approvals between the client and shooter, the payout may be pushed until everything is fully completed.
Your payment is secure throughout the process, and it will remain pending until the project is completed and the client is satisfied with the final work.
